I’m done now.
I have too much to lose.
The distance has helped thus far.
So I know the destruction you are capable of.
I do not know the compassion you are capable of.
and honestly, I’m tired of waiting around for it.
I’m done waiting for you to be better.
I’m taking myself, my strength,
and moving forward without you.
